Approximately 30,000 tons of soil containing waste materials and contaminated soil were removed from the area. The contaminant levels on the site ranged from concentrations exceeding the threshold for hazardous waste to mildly contaminated soil. An insulation structure was also installed along the eastern boundary of the property.
